written by TJ Dawe and Mike Rinaldi
Fort Steele Historical Park is a heritage town in South-eastern British Columbia, near Cranbrook. A booming gold rush town in the 1890s Fort Steele is now populated by roving historical characters who bring the period alive to the tens of thousands of tourists who visit there every year.
Fort Steele's Wildhorse Theatre has a stage show every summer, and twice that show has been co-written by TJ Dawe and Michael Rinaldi. You can read the complete script for Fort Steele Follies here. "The Mystery Pirate Orphan or Fort Steele in Flames" was performed in 2000, while "Constable Sparky and the Curse of the Hoodwinked Swede", was performed in 2002.
